"Thank you very much for having the insight to create such
a meaningful service. My clients truly appreciate the fact
that their advance health care directives can be so effective by
being readily available and accessible to health care providers
through the U.S. Living Will Registry. Without this service,
my law firm would be preparing documents that might never see the
light of day.
Additionally, having switched my clients from a competing
registry service, I must report that your staff not only made the
process very simple, but also were very accommodating toward
accomplishing some firm-specific needs for us. We could not
have imagined just how easy it was to begin using your service.
I thank you, and my staff and my clients thank you for your
wonderful service."
Sincerely,

"As an attorney whose practice emphasizes Estate Planning, I was fortunate in
discovering the service you provide to individuals regarding their Health Care
Directives. Since most people who have these documents generally don't carry
them with them when they are away from home for whatever reason, having them
listed on the Internet through your organization allows them the peace of mind
to know that if they are involved in circumstances where their directives would
be needed by a medical provider, quick and easy access is available to them. I
now offer as part of the Estate Planning information I present to my clients,
the option for them to register their Health Directives with you and I am happy
to say that nearly all of them do so. I feel it is an invaluable service and I
will continue to urge my clients to register their documents with you in the
future."
Sincerely,

"I can write wonderful advance medical directives, perfectly suited to my
client's situation, but they are useless if nobody reads them! So once we have
created appropriate documents, the challenge is to make them accessible. I ask
clients to give copies to their decision makers and their doctors, to take a
copy to the hospital on "planned visits", and even to put a set of copies in the
glove compartment of the car. The U.S. Living Will Registry adds another
mechanism for communication in time of crisis. Even if copies cannot be found in
the usual places when they are needed, a phone call to the U.S. Living Will
Registry can access them in a reliable, "official" form. I do advance directives
for all my clients in my estate planning practice and ever since I heard about
the service, I have registered them all. The U.S. Living Will Registry gives my
clients an additional level of protection and peace of mind."

"I know how very important it is to have our personal healthcare wishes be
known and to have those wishes carried out when we can no longer make our own
medical decisions. As an Estate Planning lawyer I emphasize to all my clients,
that having an advance directive in force, and having it registered on the U.S.
Living Will Registry is the only way to be sure that family and healthcare
providers know exactly what those wishes are. The U.S. Living Will Registry is
doing a wonderful job in providing this much-needed information to medical
institutions and family members. We are excited to offer this service to our
clients and report that the response has been overwhelmingly positive."
